Fresh faces will enter the ring at Morecambe Winter Gardens on Sunday, September 28 for a night of wrestling action.

At least seven of the UK’s rising young grapple stars will have their first bouts in a Morecambe ring as PAID Promotions presents ‘Retribution’.

They include Scottish women wrestlers Kay Lee Ray and Carmel Jacob, rated two of the best female fighters in Europe.

Kay Lee from Glasgow has caught the eye of American scouts from TNA Impact Wrestling and will soon be seen on Challenge TV’s ‘British Boot Camp’ show competing for a contract in the States.

Other newcomers this Sunday will include The Lion Kid, a masked high-flyer and family favourite who will battle Chris Ridgeway, Chippendale-style heartthrob ‘Sexy’ Kev who squares off with the nutty Mad Man Manson in a ‘Battle of the Sexiest’, and twirly-’tached Tyler Bate from Dudley near Birmingham, who takes on outspoken Scottish patriot Ryan Grayson.

The main event of Sunday’s show will see British Champion Craig Kollins defend against bitter rival and former champ Joey Hayes.

Popular Ricky J McKenzie has his work cut out for him in a two-on-one handicap match against the 25-stone Cyanide and technical wrestling marvel CJ Banks. Also appearing on the bill will be the glamorous Serenity and the authority figure Morecambe wrestling fans love to hate, Greg ‘The Truth’ Lambert.

Doors 4pm, show time 4.30pm.

Tickets from www.paidpromotionswrestling.co.uk or on the door, or from Studio Bronze on Queen Street. Suitable for all ages.

The stars of PAID Promotions Wrestling will meet their fans in the Arndale Centre, Morecambe, from noon to 2pm over the next two Saturdays (20th and 27th).
