Viola trailblazer Lawrence Power is the Hallowe’en night act at Lancaster University’s Great Hall.
Power will show off his trademark poise, elegance and individuality on a night celebrating Beethoven’s Sonata.
He will be accompanied by pianist Simon Crawford-Phillips at the October 31 concert.
The Sonata will be paired by Shostakovich’s final work, Sonata for Viola and Piano, Op.147.
The concert is part of the university’s Live at LICA arts programme.
