Prom passage is a disgrace

I HAVE a caravan at Ocean Edge which we come to every weekend or one week or two weeks.
Morecambe has a beautiful prom now and everything about looks nice.
One very bad thing that lets it down is the passageway between Hitchens and the market car park.

I know it's not supposed to be a public right of way. Why is it not cordonned off or closed? It's a disgrace.

People have been complaining about that 'Arcade' for the best part of 20 years, at least. I moved to Morecambe in '92 to work at Pontin's, and people were complaining back then.
