I WONDER if any Visitor readers can help me.
I am a c3 quadriplegic, paralysed from the neck down, so am wheelchair-bound. I gain access to my home from the rear entrance but am finding it difficult doing this when a lake forms at the back of my home.

This is caused through a blocked drain in the car parking area hence when it rains it floods.

I have been in contact with the local council only to find that it is a private property and they do not know who owns the land and cannot help me.

It is now getting to the point that with the heavy rains we have had it is making it even harder for me to get out.

I have thought about calling the coastguard on a few occasions but don't think they would see the funny side of it.

Please can anyone help me find out who owns the land so that they can rectify the problem.
