But, in the dying minutes, Bibby and Michael Loughl made sure Ingelton would progress to a semi-final at Halton Rangers on Saturday, March 15.
In the League, leaders Bentham beat Vine Fc 5-1.
Bentham got off to a good start when they scored an early goal through Jamie Parker.
James Earnshaw made it 2-0 but the key period was just before the break when Stuart Ralph and an unlucky Richard Simmonds own goal made it 4-0.

Bowerham will play Freehold who made it third time lucky against a Morecambe Cricket club side who had beaten them twice in the league this season.

But Freehold raised their game and Phil Bushell equalised before a Mark Edmondson own goal and a Richard Chambers strike made it 3-1.
