Summer music this Saturday

THIS Saturday (July 4) the Morecambe and District Philharmonic Choir will present a collection of lighter musical pieces for a summer evening for choir, soloists and piano.
The concert, at Morecambe Parish Church at 7.30pm, will include a Cole Porter medley, 'Sing a Song of Sixpence' from John Rutter's 'Childhood Lyrics' and a little bit of jazz.

The conductor is Stephen Boyd and the pianist Jocelyn Hipple.

Tickets are £6 including refreshments and are available on the door.
