A DOUBLE dose of comedy is coming to Lancaster's Grand Theatre this week.
For one night only Michael McIntyre is bringing his smash sell-out Edinburgh Festival and West End show to the venue this Friday (May 16) from 7.30pm.

After recent television appearances on 'Live At The Apollo', 'Have I Got News For You', 'Mock The Week', 'The Royal Variety Performances', 'The Charlotte Church Show', '8 out of 10 Cats' and his very own 'Comedy Store Special' tickets are hot property.

Tickets cost £12.

The following day The Grand will be visited by 'The Queen of Grump', Jenny Éclair.

After six years of writing books, hosting radio shows, performing in plays and generally hanging out with the 'Grumpy posse', Éclair returns to the regions with a brand new stand-up show.

Expect lots of stuff about being on the mad side of 40, the odd joke about front bottoms and a bit of swearing. Tickets cost £15 and the show starts at 7.30pm.

For tickets please call the box office on 01524 64695.
